I need documentation on "All possible error messages during Oracle8i Enterprise Edition installation".
( which will be logged in silentInstall.log )
Help me, in finding out the documents for the same.

Hello,
go to http://tahiti.oracle.com and in the books list u will find one with the name ERRORMESSAGES.pdf download that, or else Installation guide also will solve most of u r problems..

i get an error when logging into sql plus, it says
ora-12154 : Tns cannot resolve service name
or
ora-12560 : tns protocal adapter error
and its not going in
